Webservices Interface

There are three Webservice APIs available for integration with myRMA.net, one for each role; Warrantor, Service Centre, and Client. Each Web Service API is platform independent, using XML based messaging. We provide a staging environment to facilitate integration. Please visit the web service home pages for further information and development resources.

Data Synchronisation

myRMA.net provides full data synchronisation functionality through synchronisation applications. These applications allow you to keep near real time copy of your data on your local site, which provides an ideal platform for custom reports and ERP integration. These applications transfer data via Chip eServices suite of Webservices, and include full source code in C#. Warrantors can also upload their Model Numbers and Spare Part Numbers.
